Welcome to Lawton Cleaning Services, serving Lawton, OK, and surrounding areas. By scheduling or using our residential, commercial, or specialty cleaning services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Services Provided
We offer residential cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, commercial and medical office cleaning, post-construction cleaning, Airbnb/vacation rental cleaning, valet trash collection, window cleaning, and customized cleaning services. Each service will be performed as described in your estimate or invoice.
2. Scheduling & Access
Clients must provide access to the property at the scheduled time. Please ensure water and electricity are available, and that the workspace is safe and free from hazards. Missed appointments or lockouts may incur a cancellation fee.
3. Estimates & Pricing
All pricing is based on the size, condition, and specific service requested. Quotes are valid for 30 days and subject to change if property conditions differ from the initial description. Additional services requested during cleaning may result in additional charges.
4. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise stated in writing. Accepted payment methods include [insert methods]. Recurring services may be billed automatically after each visit. Late payments may incur a fee.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Same-day cancellations or lockouts may result in a fee up to 50% of the scheduled service cost. Repeated cancellations may result in termination of service.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction matters. If an area was missed or not cleaned as expected, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will return to re-clean the affected area at no cost. This guarantee does not apply to issues reported after 24 hours or for conditions beyond our control (e.g., permanent stains, damage, or wear).
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for securing fragile, valuable, or sentimental items before cleaning. Our team will not move heavy furniture or appliances unless previously arranged. We are not responsible for damage to items that were not properly secured or disclosed as fragile.
8. Health & Safety
For the health of our team, we do not clean areas with biohazards, animal waste, or unsafe working conditions. If a property is found unsafe, our team may decline or stop work, and a cancellation fee may apply.
9. Insurance & Liability
Lawton Cleaning Services is insured. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or discoloration. In no event shall our liability exceed the total amount paid for the service in question.
10. Airbnb, Commercial & Recurring Clients
Airbnb and recurring cleaning clients must maintain active communication for scheduling and access. Missed or unprepared appointments may incur a service fee. Commercial clients will receive separate agreements outlining cleaning frequency, scope, and payment terms.
11. Valet Trash & Specialty Services
Valet trash, trash can cleaning, and specialty services operate on fixed schedules. Missed pickups due to access issues (e.g., locked gates or blocked areas) are non-refundable.
12. Website & Promotions
Promotions, discounts, and online offers at LawtonCleaningServices.com are valid only within the stated dates and cannot be combined. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions without notice.
13. Form Submissions & Online Requests
Quote Requests:
When you fill out a form on LawtonCleaningServices.com to request a quote, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your property and cleaning needs. Submitting a quote request does not create a service agreement or booking until we confirm the details and provide written or verbal approval. Quotes are estimates only and may change after an in-person or virtual walkthrough.
Employment Applications:
If you submit an employment form through our website, you consent to Lawton Cleaning Services reviewing and storing your information for hiring consideration. Submission of an application does not guarantee employment. We may contact you by phone, text, or email to schedule interviews or discuss potential opportunities. All personal data is handled securely and only used for legitimate business or employment purposes.
Privacy:
By submitting any form on our website, you consent to receive communication from Lawton Cleaning Services via phone, text, or email related to your request. We do not sell or share your information with third parties outside of our business operations.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and effective immediately upon posting.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any disputes shall be resolved in Comanche County courts.
